This service provides an assessment you and your team use to provide in-depth feedback to each other to enable you to grow as a leader and to provide opportunity for your team to grow as well.

It can be accompanied by consulting over the phone with Joe to insure that managers who use it will get the maximum benefit. This is a tool designed to increase engagement, dialogue and ultimately establish a Radical Trust on your team.

(This number should include each person that will be the target of the survey plus the people you want to evaluate them by filling out an anonymous survey. For example if you just want it for yourself and you have five people that you want to provide feedback to you through this survey, the number would 6. If you have yourself and four managers that you want to take this and each of them will have five people evaluate them, the number would be 30)

This survey is different than the free survey in that it goes much deeper into the four competencies outlined in Joe's book, "Radical Trust," and it involves an anonymous feedback survey for third-parties that work with you (360-degree feedback)
